Brooke and I are looking at getting a line of credit on our condo so that we can invest in out future house (long story, that is too long to type right now). But, in order to get a line of credit we need to pay for an appraisal — something that we would rather not have to do. So I send out a request to my internet friends — do any of you know an appraiser that would be willing to do a pro-bono appraisal for a young couple that is trying to follow waht feels like a call to live in South Lake Union?
